The hotel had a great swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the hot Marrakech weather. The staff at the bar were friendly and provided great service, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a drink. the hotel had a convenient location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. This made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local cuisine.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The rooms were dirty and needed better maintenance.

Excellent staff, especially Hasan and Sufian. Room service found missing wedding ring. Honest and friendly people. Reception girls were helpful. Good location on Casablanca road. Weighting scale available for luggage. Ibis is reliable for stopovers.
